Thank you for choosing Setu. We aim to provide a smooth and transparent experience for both learners and educators. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a refund for courses or services purchased on our platform.

By using Setu, you agree to this policy.

1. General Policy

Since Setu offers digital learning content and live classes, refunds are handled differently than for physical products. Once a course is purchased and accessed, it is considered consumed content, and refunds may not be applicable except in specific cases outlined below.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund only under the following circumstances:

 

a. Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent access to the course and the issue cannot be resolved by our support team within 7 days, you may be eligible for a full refund.

 

b. Duplicate Payment

If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same course, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

 

c. Instructor Cancellation

If a live session or scheduled class is canceled by the instructor and not rescheduled, you are entitled to a refund or credit for that session.

 

d. Misleading Course Information

If a course is found to be significantly different from its description or promotional content, our team will investigate and may issue a refund after reviewing the claim.

 

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • You have already accessed or downloaded significant portions of the course content.

  • You missed a live class due to personal reasons or scheduling conflicts.

  • You are dissatisfied due to personal preference or change of interest after purchase.

  • Your account was suspended or terminated for violating Setu’s Terms of Service.

 

4. Subscription-Based Courses

For recurring subscription plans:

  • You can cancel your subscription anytime.

  • The cancellation will stop the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds are provided for the current active period once content access has been granted.

 

5. Refund Process

If you are eligible for a refund:

  1. Send a request to nikilreddyvn@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.

  2. Include your order ID, course name, and reason for the refund.

  3. Our support team will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

  4. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

6. Courses Purchased Through Instructors

If you enrolled through an instructor’s custom link or affiliate channel, your refund may be subject to the instructor’s specific refund policy. However, Setu will help facilitate communication and ensure fairness in all cases.
