Teachers can list their courses or live classes on the platform. Students can browse categories, view instructor profiles, and enroll instantly. Setu manages scheduling, payments, and access — all in one place.

3. How can I become a teacher on Setu?
You can register as an instructor by creating an account and completing your teaching profile. Once verified, you can start listing your classes or upload recorded lessons.
4. Is there a fee to join as a teacher?
Creating a teacher profile is free. Setu charges a small commission per enrollment to maintain platform services and support.
5. How do I get paid for my classes?
Payments are transferred securely to your registered bank or wallet account after each successful class or course purchase.
6. Can I teach multiple subjects or courses?
Yes. You can offer as many courses or subjects as you wish, as long as they meet our quality and content guidelines.

7. How do I enroll in a course?
Browse through the available courses, select one you like, and click “Enroll.” You can make a secure payment and start learning instantly.
8. Do I get a certificate after completion?
Yes. Many courses offer digital certificates after completing the lessons or assessments. The certificate will be available in your Setu dashboard.
9. Can I access my courses anytime?
Yes. Once enrolled, you can access your recorded courses anytime, anywhere, from your dashboard (unless the instructor sets a limited access duration).
10. What if I miss a live session?
If the instructor records the live class, you can watch the session later through the course dashboard.
💳 Payments & Refunds
11. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and online wallets. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
12. Can I get a refund if I’m not satisfied with a course?
Refunds are available only under specific conditions as per our Return & Refund Policy, such as technical issues, duplicate payments, or canceled classes.
13. How long does it take to receive a refund?
Once approved, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

14. How do I reset my password?
Click on “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset your password via email or OTP.
15. I can’t access my course. What should I do?

16. Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can request account deletion anytime by contacting our support team. Once deleted, all your data and access will be permanently removed.
